| Submitting a capex from a template. Item counts can be changed, items can be added or removed.

| Items can be added to the capex. Standard items are controlled by the helpdesk, while custom items can also be added. Any custom items added are saved in the database for reuse by the same user.

| Once a row is clicked, it becomes highlighted and the "Delete Item" option is revealed.

| The helpdesk are presented with a "Progress Capex" button at each authorized stage but are not permitted to cancel a capex. The "Administrator" role can, however.

| Requestors can see the approval path of their capex. This is completely dynamic & controlled by the database. Stages can be helpdesk, manager (as listed in Active Director), or an individual.

| The helpdesk can also filter capexes by any submitter of a currently open capex.

| Capex templates can be created to simplify raising capexes for standard items. Templates are controlled by system administrators.

| The helpdesk can filter the capexes by any stage which is assigned to them.

| Both the helpdesk and administrators are presented with additional task options (see left side).

| Authorisers can delegate their approval rights. The user to which the rights will be delegated can be selected from a list enumerated from Active Directory.

| Once the capex is submitted the requestor can see the capex progress through every stage. The requestor is emailed with a progress report with every change of status. The authoriser of each stage is also emailed to ensure they are aware there is a capex requiring their attention.

| For all capexes questions can be asked and answered by the approvers and requestors to ensure the expenditure is justified.

| On the home page of the capex system, users can review open capes (left side), open a new capex either blank or from a template, and a basic FAQ is presented
